“While the staff were very nice and check-in went well, the hotel needs to address some issues. Our room was clean however there weren't any shower products. All the containers were empty. Shower was lukewarm and the fire alarm went off at 3:15 am. We tried to call the front desk but the room landline was not working. My husband used his cellphone to reach Josh at the front desk. His response was " yeah the fire alarm doesn't work, and we'll have a good one." Breakfast was okay, bananas were...

The hotel is not in the best area for convenience to shopping or restaurants as some of the other hotels are. It definitely an older property ”

“Property is very run down compared to pictures. When we went into the room, it was not cleaned, stains all over the place, trash in the cans, dirty towels, to say the least, VERY dissatisfied. Asked for a refund and went next door. I will say staff was polite. ”
