“Trash was still in room when we arrived, only had one bath towel in room. The second day we were forced to use the stairs as the elevator was out of service and it was difficult for my disabled wife. Was not able to access the Wi-Fi so I couldn’t use my computer for three days”

“All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.”

“This is minimal accommodation. Bed, tv, fridge, microwave and bathroom. They provide soap, but no shampoo, conditioner, or anything else. No hair dryer, iron etc. No pool, fitness room, breakfast. It is clean and comfortable. The AC is loud, but works well. The highway nearby is loud, but becomes a dull noise after time. My first 3 nights were reasonable for what I received (about $57 a night booked through Expedia) but when I needed to add a night (a Tuesday night) it was $84. The staff is...

“Good points: Amazing price, clean linens and pillows, great AC, good cable and TV guides. Areas of improvement: giant dead cockroach in middle of vending/ice machine room on floor one from around 5pm, and when I returned at 10pm. The snack machines were holding coffee drinks that we definitely growing something. Tub barely drained, stained towels, elevators had "out of order, will be running shortly" but during my four night duration, I was still on third (top) floor, without functioning...

“Don’t stay here. Expedia will let you book and then when you show up at 1am they won’t have any room for you and you’ll have to deal with Expedia to get a booking. Not worth the “savings” when you get turned away for them being fully booked- regardless how far in advance you book your room.”
